When I activate the Propulsion theme, Payment Gateways extesions plugin stops work.

After complete the purchase processes, select the payment method and press the button to pay, the user is redirected to the payment page, but it didn’t open the Payment System Website (Pagseguro, CCAvenue, etc).

    Some considerations:

    – Paypal, which came with WooCommerce, it is working. This behavior only exists with payment gateway extensions.

    – If I use another theme, all payment gateway works. This behavior only exists with Propulsion Theme.

    – All this payment gateway extensions are official supported by Woocommerce.

It’s look like a conflict with the Propulsion Theme.

    Follow my website shop address:

I can’t checkout – I always get the error “Método de envio inválido.”

Our theme does not contain any functions/code parts which affect the payment gateways. The code which affects woocommerce can be found in propulsionconfig-woocommerceconfig.php

If the gateway works with other themes it may be a problem with the allocated php memory because the default TwentyTwelve theme requires less memory than Kriesi’s themes. You can try to increase it: – I’d set it to 128M.

    Hi Dude,

I’ve changed the shippment configuratoin, now you can try again. I have also increased the memory WP memory to 128M.

I’ll check now the config.php file that you told and contact the gateway developer to get any extra information.

    I keep you updated.

    Hi Dude,

I found the problem. The Checkout Page was configurated to use a page template that I created using the Template Builder.

After change from a Dynamic Template to a regular one (like “no sidebar”), the payment gateway starts to work again.

Thank you for your help !
