    I am using a highly customized version of Shoutbox 1.2 so I cannot update. Recently while using the template builder my Blog Post page or what I call news started showing the pages in the sidebar. I do not want any sidebar or widget on this page. https://sacheminc.com/news/

    I do not have any widgets for this page, I do not have any templates or themes with this layout. It is strange that it just started happening.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks!

    Hey Allison,

    The “page” widget is used as fallback if no other widgets are added to the sidebar. I now added a text widget to the “Displayed Everywhere” widget area to remove the page widget. If you want to hide the sidebar area on the news page you can use following css code:

    .blog .sidebar.sidebar1 {
    display: none;
    }

    You can also stretch the blog content to fullwidth with this code:

    .blog .template-blog.content{
    width: 100%;
    padding-right: 0;
    }

    Best regards,
    Dude
