Please create me a wp admin account and send me the login data to: (Email address hidden if logged out) – I’ll look into it.December 12, 2011 at 12:41 pm #58307December 12, 2011 at 12:47 pm #58308
it’s indeed a problem with the slug. You can’t use the same slug for a page AND as custom post type slug (in your case this page: http://larssonpatrik.com/getfreebies and the portfolio items had the same page permalink/slug called “freebies”). WP is confused then and returns 404 errors. I renamed the page permalink from http://larssonpatrik.com/freebies to http://larssonpatrik.com/getfreebies and now it works correct. You can also name the page http://larssonpatrik.com/freebies and the portfolio item slug i.e. “freebiesitems”, etc.December 12, 2011 at 1:12 pm #58309
Thanks for the help and for fixing the problem for me :) I’ll consider the “slug” change.
PS: Thanks! :) I’m actually working on them at the moment and they should be available before christmas ;)December 12, 2011 at 2:30 pm #58310December 12, 2011 at 10:56 pm #58311
Btw, encoutered another problem. How do I point my RSS feed to the portfolio items? I guess I need to add a little something to be able to get a feed URL in the first place, right? Or where can I find the portfolio RSS URL?
