    in the portfolio – videos are not playing on my android phone – tapping the video thumbnail has no effect. Also, tapping the thumbnail when viewing the whole portfolio doesn’t open the portfolio item – you have to tap the title.

    This can be seen on your demo site (with “Sphere” video)! I’ve also seen in your support forum that Choices has the same problem on iOS devices (so maybe this is common to all mobile devices).

    This really cripples the site on mobile devices – help!

    Thanks, Dan

    Please let us know if the solution worked and the version of Android os (Gingerbread, Ice Cream Sandwich etc), and brand model you are using.

    Same problem on iPhone/Chrome. Should the same fix work?

    I’ve tried on iPhone and it doesn’t work.. Nick, do you have a solution?

    @lucascalzo please update your theme, you are not using the current version. also you have 3 instances of google analytics being loaded *ga.js* into your page, which is not a good thing, and besides will give you bad data.

    @bulkhead This fix worked on other themes, and hasn’t been tried on this one yet. I don’t have a mobile/ipad to test it, but today am finally gonna pick up an ipad and see. I would try the fix out, while backing up the avia.js file first, and you can always revert back.

    Thanks Nick, I will try the fix and post the results.

    Hi Nick, I’ve updated to the last version of the theme but I discover that videos doesn’t work on new iOS 6 but works good on earlier versions of iOS, could you try if is the same for you? Thanks

    @lucascalzo – I just got the iPad3 and can finally see for myself what’s going on. Working on it. Please hang on.

    Nick, no change.

    Please Nick.. just an Off Topic issue, how could I see how many instances of Google Analytics I have on my web? I deactivated a Google Analytics Plugin and I hope that now it’s ok. Thanks

    @lucascalzo, you have one from all in one seo, and a second one i don’t know from where. You can see them by viewing source, or through chrome development tools or firebug. Think of where you inserted your code UA-20800042-3, and take one of them out. I would leave theall in one seo though, find the remaining one, probably another plugin or perhaps the theme. They look like this

    <script type="text/javascript">

    var _gaq = _gaq || [];
    _gaq.push(['_setAccount', 'UA-20800042-3']);

    (function() {
    var ga = document.createElement('script'); ga.type = 'text/javascript'; ga.async = true;
    ga.src = ('https:' == document.location.protocol ? 'https://ssl' : 'http://www') + '.google-analytics.com/ga.js';
    var s = document.getElementsByTagName('script')[0]; s.parentNode.insertBefore(ga, s);

    Thank you Nick.. You are the best!! I found all GA, I had one on All in one and other on the theme. Thanks so much

    Thanks. I think I got something that may do the trick with this mobile quirk. I will shortly post links to a few variations of the portfolio to make sure that no smartphone leaves unsatisfied. Please hang on.

    Thanks Nick, like lucascalzo – I’ve tried on iOS 5 and older and it works. iOS 6 will not work. Thanks for your help.

    Hi Nick, I had problems with new files of the theme so I came back to my modified version, and with this change it doesn’t work.. but before this change and after I realized that after any seconds it works clicking on bottom-left corner (where you can find normally the Vimeo play button), so I think that it charge the video back to the preview image. I hope that this could help you.

    Kriesi will be coming out with updates shortly that address this very issue.( https://kriesi.at/support/topic/ (Purchase code hidden if logged out)(Purchase code hidden if logged out) -and-ipad#post-81627 )

    Thanks for your patience. And I am sorry my feeble attempts produced little result.

    Update for angular which fixes the issue is already waiting for approval. ETA: about 12 hours ;)

    Best regards,
