    I am need assistance with a few issues of which are not covered in this forum and may just be specific to my WP+WC setup, can someone reach out to me for assistance?

    its support issues just need someone to log into the site but cant publish the url on the board thats all.


    Specifically, in the Template builder’s frontpage dynamic template is blank when I go into it. I can build dynamic templates but the frontpage template is blank not even giving me options to add components its just white space where the content should be in the builder.

    Also, for each product if I use the quick add to cart I see “view cart –>” next to the button and it pushes the goto cart button down and looks bad.


    1) To fix the “view cart –>” issue add following ode into the quick css field:

    ul.products .avia_cart_buttons .added_to_cart{
    display: none !important;

    2) In this case just ignore the frontpage template (it’s probably a damaged data set or leftover in the database) and create a new template. Then go to Pages > View all, select & edit your front page and apply the new “frontpage” template to it.


    1) I applied the code where specified and it did not fix the issue.

    2) I created a new template and applied it to the homepage, however I also created a custom widget area with the intent of listing products with a sidebar just in that section not the entire page. However, when I specify in the template that the products should force the sidebar and then add widgets via the widget page I am unable to get the sidebar to appear, am I missing something?

    I can send you a link and login to better help troubleshoot but am not allowed to post the link publicly.

    I took a look and did the exact same layout you have on my test live install but had no issues. The only thing I can guess is that in renaming/updating there was potentially an error or files weren’t updated correctly. If possible, try installing a fresh copy of the theme files by downloading them from your downloads on Themeforest and see if it works at that point on your installation.
