    Hello – I have needed to temporarily redirect one domain to another and when using the site masking feature I notice the mobile version of Enfold does not work – the site loads but it’s just not the mobile version on tablets & phones. I understand this is because of the url masking but is there possibly a quick code I can add that would allow for the mobile to be active on phones/tablets when the masking is active?

    Hey mc_jones,

    The stylesheet is loading and the media queries should kick in irrespective of the domain name as it only depends on the screen width.

    Have you tried to view the site on mobile when the URL masking is turned off? Does it work correctly ?

    Hi Vinay – apologies for the delay – yes, the mobile version works perfectly when URL masking is turned off.

    Hi,

    Apparently iFrame redirects are in existence even before the responsive sites started trending, so basically when you mask the URL it wont work. Please get in touch with your hosting company and ask them to merged the two sites so they share the same identity to resolve this issue.
