    Hi,

    I updated Enfold and WordPress and when I replaced the video at the top of my page I started getting the error “Media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported.”

    I turned off all plugins but am still getting the error. Anyone know what could be causing the issue?

    Hey jimmiesner,

    So I’m I looking at the file which is not working or not? There is a video on the top of your site and it’s playing fine on my end.

    Thanks! I figured it out. I used the code box to embed the video instead. Consider this solved.
