I installed the theme quite awhile ago, and the site has been in a holding pattern since then. During that time another person who edits the site updated WordPress to version 3.1.
I went to activate the portfolio section today, and now the front page of the site is a complete mess. There are images from the portfolio all over it.
I tried disabling the portfolio (deselected page and category) and that didn’t clear it up. I don’t even know where to begin to troubleshoot, can someone help?

Problems are showing up in Safari and Firefox. I haven’t checked in IE, but I am assuming it’s the same.
Might have figured this one out. I am removing images I added to the posts, and just using the custom fields below the editor to add the image. It seems to be removing all the images that were scattered around the front page of the site.
Nope, front page is still a mess. There are Portfolio links all over it for some reason.

Thanks for any input, I really need to get this fixed.
Ok, one more update. It seems the error might have been occurring because I didn’t have an option selected in “Twicet Mainpage Content
Bottom Area”. I didn’t realize it had been unselected. As soon as I picked a selection, the issues with the front page went away.
