Maintenance Mode not working—users see 404 page

Hi there,

I’ve freshly purchased and installed Enfold and set up a Coming Soon page using one of the demo page templates. I’ve put the site in Maintenance Mode and set this page as the redirect page, and when I’m logged in, I see the correct page. However, when I’m not logged in and viewing it on a different device/browser to test, I see a 404 page not found.

I’ve supplied a login for you to take a look.
