Hello,
I am new to this so I apologize in advance for any nooby mistakes. I customized the Enfold theme on WordPress on localhost. Then, I exported the database in order to import it afterwards on GoDaddy’s server. I then found out that, aside from the menu scripts and the thumbnail, everything is lost. I cannot see the logo that I uploaded neither the structure of the theme, I just get the basic WordPress theme. Please help me!
Best,

Maybe you could try to use a plugin to export your site? For instance: https://wordpress.org/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/. Let us know if that works better for you.

June 3, 2019 at 9:25 pm #1106841Hi,
I have personally used the plugin on hundreds of installations, back-ups and migrations myself. No scam involved.

Jordan ShannonJune 3, 2019 at 10:31 pm #1106848Ok great, I apologize if I blamed it without a reason. Aside from this paid plugin, do you need any sort of license that you have to put on WordPress Editor to work with Enfold? I have uploaded everything right but still the website does not look anything like the Enfold demo that I installed and the pages will not open (http://wildmountain.organic). Please help me, thanks!!
June 4, 2019 at 11:51 am #1107016Hi,
The plugin I linked to is free to use, otherwise it wouldn’t be available in the wordpress.org repository. It looks like you have an SSL problem on the site, do you have a certificate to apply to it? Also check that your site URL is https afterwards.

RikardJune 4, 2019 at 6:03 pm #1107195I have just installed the plugin on Godaddy for the SSL, thank you, I will see how this works! Aside from that though, even on wp-admin, I cannot open any other page than the home one and it gives me the following message:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator at (Email address hidden if logged out) to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Do you know what that might be and how I could solve it?
Thanks!
June 5, 2019 at 5:48 am #1107353Hi,
Thanks for the update, a 500 internal server error is the most common server error and doesn’t really give any clues as to what is going wrong. Do you have access to server logs? If so then you can check there, or reach out to your hosting provider to see if they can see exactly what is going wrong.
Best regards,
Rikard -
