Hi, I noticed when I adjust the size of my browser window, my background gallery beings to overlap my menu (www.charlesthorpe.com/home). Is it possible to lock the background gallery in position? Thanks!
January 9, 2012 at 11:35 pm #59671Hey,
I’ve seen other users with this issue, Kriesi has been notified and a solution should follow.
February 1, 2012 at 8:06 pm #59672Chris, just wondering if there is any solution or update. Really hoping I can make my client happy, and this is the last step. Thanks again for your help!

I tried adding this to my custom.css but no luck. Any other ideas?
avia_fullscreen_slider canvas{
display: block;
position: fixed;
top:0;
left:0;
z-index: 1;
}
February 9, 2012 at 3:04 am #59675Hey,
sorry for the delay. Are you running the latest version? I’ve just checked with my personal installation and the menu is always on top. If it still doesn’t function you can try deactivating your plugins to see if they interfere.
February 13, 2012 at 4:24 pm #59676Hey Chris,
Thanks for getting back. The problem isn’t with the menu shifting places, the problem for my client is that if you are viewing his site, and you change the size of the window, all of the background gallery content will shift, and if you narrow the window enough, all of the content will overlap with his menu on the left. He wants the pictures on the background gallery to NOT move when the window isn’t full size.
This page is a perfect example (http://www.charlesthorpe.com/home/personal-portraits/) of how the content shifts when the size of the window is adjusted. I don’t see this as a big problem, but my client doesn’t see it that way at all. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
February 20, 2012 at 4:20 pm #59677Guys, I asked this question over ONE MONTH ago. I understand this is a fluid theme, and this may not be the easiest fix, but I sincerely need to know how to resolve this problem. If it cannot be resolved, then PLEASE let me know so I can move forward with trying to find another option for my client. Your support has been great for the most part, but this issue is really starting to drive my client (and myself) crazy. Thanks in advance.
February 23, 2012 at 5:45 pm #59678March 7, 2012 at 2:52 pm #59679Anyone? Guys, PLEASE just respond either way. I want to keep using your themes, but the support on this particular issue has been ridiculous. If it’s not possible, just let me know, PLEASE. Thanks.
