    Hi,
I have an issue with this site: http://neue-wordpress-homepage.de/teams/

When I have a site strukture lide http://neue-wordpress-homepage.de/subpage/page, I will be redirected to the home page but when I have the strukture http://neue-wordpress-homepage.de/page, it works fine.
    Any ideas what’s going wrong?

Here are the links I’m talking about:

http://neue-wordpress-homepage.de/damen-2-junioren-u19/ – this works fine but
http://neue-wordpress-homepage.de/teams/herren-1 leads me back to the homepage.

    Thanks for looking into.

    Hey Cevik_Kuersad!

    Let’s try the following,

    1. Deactivate all plugins.
    2. Delete your .htaccess file and then refresh your permalinks to the default setting in Dashboard -> Settings -> Permalinks.
    3. For the images on your page here, http://neue-wordpress-homepage.de/teams/, try using absolute path instead of relative path for the links.

If your still having problems then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a closer look. Be sure to mark your reply as private.

    Best regards,
    Elliott

    Hi Elliott,

Thank you. Point 1. and 2. did the job, great.

What do you mean by using absolute paths instead of relatives? When I use the full address, it links me to a 404 page. So, I just use /herren-1 instead of the full address. Am I doing something wrong?

    Thanks

    Alexander

    Hi!

Absolute path would look like this, http://www.yoursite.com/some_page/, that shouldn’t be giving a 404. Go ahead and send us a login so we can take a closer look.

    Best regards,
    Elliott

    Hey!

It looks like you set them to absolute path, http://neue-wordpress-homepage.de/teams/, and they are working fine on my end now. What errors are you referring to? If your still having issues then send us a link to the page in question and we’ll take a look.

Be sure to clear your browser cache and any caching related plugins you might have installed.

    Cheers!

    Hi Elliott,

too strange. I did the fix yesterday out of my linux system and it worked fine. I switched back to Win7 and the error came up again .I just deleted the browser catch but on the win system the error remains but not on my ubuntu on which I’m right now.

Problably something with my catched files.

    Anyway, thanks for your support!

    Best
