Hello there,
We’re having some jQuery issues on our site. We’re using the plugin ‘WooCommerce Multivendor Marketplace’ with your Enfold theme. This plugin lets vendors add their own products, with images. However when clicking on the upload button we’ll get the following error: Click here
Already disabled all ‘unnecessary’ plugins > no luck. Switched to default WP theme Twenty Seventeen (or any other default WP theme) > no issue there, so fixed.
Any ideas on what might be going wrong here?
Thanks!

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

February 2, 2019 at 2:46 am #1061825Hi Hansanders,
Thanks, I’m getting this js error
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'frames' of undefined:
which is coming from WooCommerce Frontend Manager’s media-upload.js.
I’m not really sure what exactly is causing the issue, can you give us ftp access as well? so we can try to check on it further.Best regards,

BasilisFebruary 21, 2019 at 12:35 pm #1069902Hey there,
Found the issue. Your theme options have a setting that’s causing the issue.
Theme options > Performance > Disable Features > Self hosted videos and audio features (WP-Mediaelement scripts) > select ‘Always load media features (= WP default behaviour)’ instead of your recommended option. With kind regards.
February 22, 2019 at 4:28 am #1070197Hi Hansanders,
Glad that you figured it out. :)
I apologize that I wasn’t able to help and didn’t figure out the solution.
Anyway, thanks for posting the solution and thanks for using Enfold and have a great day!Best regards,
