    Hi there,

    When I add in Blog to the left menu on the Consulting theme, it works and sends me to the blog page.

    The problem is that when I click on any other menu items after I’ve clicked on the Blog menu item, they don’t work because they try looking for anchors on that blog page rather than sending me back to the main page.

    How might I make it work for the consulting theme?

    Actually.. I’ve solved it.. I just added the url in the menu items for the main page and DONE! Problem solved.

    Next question is.. how can I change the Blog theme. It’s set to the wrong colours, etc. I’m keen to just try a couple of templates. How might I do that?

    Hi Victoria,

    Now I’m wondering how to experiment with a couple of blog themes without affecting my overall site theme? Is there a way to do that?

    The colours and things for the blog theme that is there is an old template I uploaded when setting up the site and it doesn’t suit.

    Hi Glenn,

    I’m not sure if I understand your last question, do you mean that you want to use or check other themes? If so then you live preview them under Appearance->Themes in the WordPress menu.

    Sorry, it’s hard to explain through text.

    This blog page template doesn’t quite suit what I’m after. The colour line at the top doesn’t fit my site. Are there other blog page templates I could use/try? If so, how?

    Also, the Blog setting under the Enfold theme doesn’t seem to reflect what is on that blog page front end for some reason..

    Hi Glenn,

    The tab in the Theme options is for the general layout for the blog post page and it does not make any changes to the colors of the blog page.

    Thanks Victoria. I’ve created a new blog page, as you’d be able to see (https://glennbolan.com/blog/). How might I get it to look like this: https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-2017/blog/blog-default/

    I can’t quite figure that out. Is there a setting for that style?

    Hi Glenn,

    You can’t get exactly that layout since you have the left sidebar activate on your site. But if you want more freedom in creating your blog, page then I would recommend that you unset the blog page as the blog page in the theme options, then you can create your own blog page using the Layout Builder and the Blog Posts element.
