    Please see attached. Any ideas how to fix the issue with bullet points on Internet Explorer so they show up to the right of the image?

    Hi,
    This is because the list-style-position is outside, Try this code in the General Styling > Quick CSS field:

    ul {list-style-position: inside!important; }

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi Mike,

    Thank you!
    However, I don’t see any changes. Still same issue.

    Hi,
    They are still showing as outside, are you using a caching plugin? Please clear your WordPress cache & your web host cache, you may need to email them.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Yes, bullet points next to the image are showing outside (on the left instead of inside on the right). I tried on 2 diferrent PCs with IE 11. I don’t use WordPress cache. I host this site on my own servers, which does not use caching.

    Hi,

    Move the image outside of the list. The structure should be like this.

    <ul>
     	<li></li>
     	<li></li>
     	<li></li>
    <ul
    IMAGE HERE
    <ul>
     	<li></li>
     	<li></li>
     	<li></li>
    <ul

    Make it float to the left.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    I did what you said and 5 bullet points on the right side of image are blank or hidden behind the image on IE 11. in Firefox looks okay as before.

    Hi,

    The image is wrapped inside a paragraph (p) tag. Add the “alignleft” class attribute to it.

    <p class="alignleft">image here</p>

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    I cannot SAVE the code.
    When I add following code you suggested
    <p class="alignleft"><img src="http://www.mysite.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/settings-300x300.jpg" /p>
    changes are not saved.
    I go back to the page and I see
    <img class="alignleft wp-image-6397 size-medium" src="http://www.mysite.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/settings-300x300.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="300" />

    Same issue on IE 11.

    Hi,
    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi,
    OK, I solved it by adding this code:

    ul.disc, .entry-content-wrapper ul li { list-style: disc inside !important; }

    please see screenshot in Private Content area from Edge browser

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Thanks Mike.

    That fixed IE problem however, created another issue where 2nd line of any text where we have bullet isn’t indented.

    Also when I try to remove

    ul {list-style-position: inside!important; }

    I get error

    Saving didnt work!
    Please reload the page and try again

    Hi,

    <p class="alignleft"><img src="http://www.mysite.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/settings-300x300.jpg" /p>

    Please inspect the code above. You didn’t close the img tag so it’s invalid.

    <p class="alignleft"><img src="http://www.mysite.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/settings-300x300.jpg" /></p>

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Please see previous post (September 24, 2017 at 5:43 pm) same issue is happening.
    If I enter
    <p class="alignleft"><img src="http://www.mysite.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/settings-300x300.jpg" /></p>
    when I save and go back to page this code is displayed
    <img class="alignleft wp-image-6397 size-medium" src="http://www.mysite.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/settings-300x300.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="300" />

    I still get same error in Enfold Child Theme Options (General Styling) when I try to save.

    Saving didn’t work!
    Please reload the page and try again

    FYI: The issue started happening after post (September 24, 2017 at 11:35 pm)

    Hi,

    I do not think we can fix it somehow in a different way.
    The code is been added automatic from WordPress and that is how they are editing the images.

    Try the following code to functions.php

    //remove class from the_post_thumbnail
    function the_post_thumbnail_remove_class($output) {
            $output = preg_replace('/class=".*?"/', '', $output);
            return $output;
    }
    add_filter('post_thumbnail_html', 'the_post_thumbnail_remove_class');

    Best regards,
    Basilis

    Basilis,

    What does above code actually do. I added it and I don’t see any diference, same behavior as explained in post from September 28, 2017 at 3:27 pm.

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Please add the following css code.

    /*media all*/
    ul.disc, .entry-content-wrapper ul {
        list-style: disc inside;
    }

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    #861944

    Thanks Ismael. However, still no bullet points on IE11 to the right of the image.

    #862335

    Hi,

    This is how I see the page on IE after adding the css modification above.

    #862505

    What IE are you using? I tried on 2 PCs with IE 11 and I don’t see changes you referring to.

    Issue #1:
    There are no bullet points to the right side of image. Page still looks like my screenshot in post #1.

    Issue #2 (after last CSS code by Ismael)
    In your screenshot for the text next to bullet points by the image, second line is indented to the left under bullet point should be lined up with bove.

    Indent on bullet points
