    Hi,
    I’ve had a perfect WordPress installation and installed the most recent version 4.5.4 purchased 2 days ago. When I activate the theme, I get the error message “This page is not working” and can’t access the admin area or see the website on my server, same error message.

    Please help :-)

    Hey paulaw6,

    Can you give us the login link to your site? as well as the admin and ftp access. so we can try to check if there are logs for errors and try debugging it.
    Just post the credentials in private content so it’s only visible to the moderators.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, your problem is likely due to an outdated PHP version. Could you make sure that you are running 7.1 or higher please?

    Hi Rikard,,

    Thanks so much. Apparently the new CPanel from Plesk allows you to custom set the version of PHP you would like and defaults around 5. I set it at the highest he has available and the template works.
