I still have version 4.2 and having problems with php. The site was hacked recently and now I am wondering if that was the problem.
Could you tell me how to get the version 4.3? It might help with my php problem.

    Hey DLDowney,

    Thank you for contacting us.

I have been in your situation during my initial days of working on WordPress websites. To prevent your site from getting hacked again and helplessly watch all your hard work and time go in vain, always keep your site updated and use strong passwords and some sort of basic security plugins.

First, ask your hosting provider to run a scan ( if this feature is available) for any possible virus or harmful scripts on your site. Or you can also install any popular WordPress virus scanner and run it on your site yourself.

    Best regards,

I received an email from Kriesi which gave me an update link to Enfold. I am not sure why “Enfold” when I need the update to Incarnation. Am I missing something?
Also I do have security apps on my site now so I am not as worried about that. However, my site will not update to the latest WordPress version and if I try it says I am running the wrong version of php, which I am not, but that is what the site says.
I just think I am having these problems because of the Incarnation theme not being updated.
Can somebody give me the answer that I need???

    Hi Diane,

To download the version 4.3 of the Incarnation theme please refer in private content.
Incarnation 4.3 will be our last update, Kriesi has posted an article regarding it: (Purchase code hidden if logged out) -4-5-1

    Best regards,
