I’m not sure what happened to the toggle bars on my client’s site. Several staff members work on the pages and keep plug-ins updated so not sure what/when it happened.

I created a draft page and added basic toggles without any content and it does the same thing.

I’m clueless on what to do, the page address is below…

    Hey jhess66,

    Thank you for using Enfold.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,

    Hello Ismael,

The temp account is set up and in the private content.
The toggle bars are affected throughout the entire site, a link to one of the pages is also in the private content section.

    Thank you,

On another note: I am creating a draft page that has its own template, but it will not let me add the page to the template that features the draft page unless it is live. Is that correct? Make sense?

I am afraid we see no temporary login please, can you re-generate that for us?

    Best regards,

    Sorry about that, try below…

Again, I cant login with anything of those 2… I do not see a password for the user and the token does not login us in.

    Best regards,

Not sure whey I am doing wrong, my apologies. Please try below…

I’m really sorry, but those details are not working either. Could you try to log in yourself with the details before sending them to make sure they are working?

    Best regards,

Well bonkers… it must have been the Temporary Login plugin. I deleted it and just entered you in as a new user (login below). Checked it and it is working. Thank you for your patience…

    Hi jhess66,

You should be running at least php5.6.3 for the code to work properly. Please upgrade.

    Best regards,

The toggles are still not functioning…

In February I worked with GoDaddy to address the PHP version, which the support team member said would be updated soon, I could wait or change my subscription to a C-Panel account. My vendor wanted to stay with the Managed WordPress service and wait for the server to upgrade.
So… I waited, checking back to the site frequently to see if the toggles were resolved. Nothing. I finally called back to GoDaddy this week and the new support person said the version was at the max that they felt was stable for the Managed WordPress environment. (Server version: 5.6.32-78.0-log), and would not be going higher. From your earlier comment, it would appear that the version is not an issue. I upgraded my theme, and the toggles still do not work.

Unfortunately, I do not know how to address the JS errors you pointed out.

    Please advise…

I have checked the link you gave and found the toggle, and it works properly on my end, is this fixed? screenshot is posted in private content.

    Best regards,

I finally installed a plugin which seems to work fine, but would like to have the ones built into the theme. The client needed them fixed as they are rolling out a new initiative and the scrolling was a problem. I know there are errors, but clueless on how to fix them. I created a login for you to check it out. See content below…

The default toggle element works properly. Please check the test page that we’ve just created. ( see private field )

    Best regards,

Awesome!!!! What did you do to get them to work? Or more importantly, what did I do wrong that made them suddenly stop working? Thank you, thank you!

What did you do to get them to work?

Nothing. We generated the code from the shortcode wand and the toggle worked. It possibly broke because of the content that you used. Please update us if you encounter the issue again.

    Best regards,
