    I feel like an idiot for not being able to figure this out on my own. I’ve read your instructions on resizing images, but no matter what I do – including regenerating thumbnails for the entire site after adjusting the sizes in functions.php, I cannot get the images to be anything but huge:

    I ended up disabling images altogether on the single post pages because they were so large, but need the thumbnail images for the home page (those are working fine), and would prefer to just be able to resize the images.

    Can you please assist? Thank you for your help.

    Try adding this code to the Quick CSS:

    #top .template-blog .slideshow, #top .template-page .slideshow {
        height: auto !important;
    #top .slideshow li img{
        width: auto !important;
    #top .slideshow li {
        position: relative !important;
