    When i use Chrome or other browser the product carousel at homepage displays arrows by default if there are more than 3 products. Image below.

    But when I use the IE, i cannot see the arrows of product carousel by default until I hover on the product. Is there any way to make it display arrows without hovering?

    Hi Sushil,

    I’m not sure on that. I don’t think its a IE incompatibility issue but I’ve tagged Kriesi on the topic to take a look as it may have just slipped through and not been noticed until now.

    Thanks Devin,

    I was told by my client, who is only allowed to use IE at work place, saying there is no arrow by default on IE. I only noticed it after that. He either wants the arrow to show all the time on all browser or have total product number beside category name of product slider.

    Anyway thanks for the tagging Kriesi.

    You sure about that? I just looked at the demo site and for me the arrows go away in both Chrome and IE9 when mouse is not over the slider. Same goes for the slider above the one in question.. And as far back as I could remember I don’t think those arrows stayed there permanently but only come out during hover. Strangely the demo arrows also look differently than yours. Have you updated the theme lately at ?

    This how I see them in IE and Chrome during Hover

    Hi Nick,

    Me and my client, we both are using Windows 8 pro. Yes, I just check and my current theme is the latest version.Whenever I go to my website or even the demo site , I see the arrows even when the mouse is not over in all browser, except IE. I only see arrow on IE when the mouse is over.

    May be its designed that way and not a bug, but what I want to know is, is there anything that I can do so that the arrow are visible all the time, even when the mouse is not over on all browser on all versions of windows ? Maybe quick fix on some JavaScript where visibility is “true” or something along that line.

    You can add this on your custom.css or Quick CSS

    .arrow_container a {
    opacity: 1 !important;
    visibility: visible !important;
