Icon's wont show in launched site

Hi,
I am not a developer. So please whatever solution you tell me, put it in laymen terms. One solution I found in the forum to the icon not showing up issue said “put the below code after… something” I don’t know where that is and how to do that, or I don’t know where to put it. I can easily copy and paste into the code but I need more details. thanks. :)

My issues are two fold: I can’t update the Enfold theme. I tried and it said there was not a valid URL provided. I am not sure if that is an issue on your end or I need to put a URL. in.

my second issue is that none of the Icons that i have used throughout my site are publishing on the front public facing end.
