Hello Kriesi, i need your help to fix a little problem with the google serp for my website:

I don’t want google show the post data of my blog in the snippet description of the serp, because the latest articles are inside the slideshow, so the data refers to oldest articles.

Can you please let me know what to change to solve this problem?

I don’t know for sure, but I’m guessing Google assigns the post date as the date it first finds the content on your site (whether or not you choose to display the date on the site). The only way you could adjust this date is updating the content, or by asking Google to remove all your content from their index (through Webmaster Tools) then asking them to re-index the site once this is done.

Bear in mind that we have no control over Google so there’s little we can do to help.
