    Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:

    .avia-section {
    border: none;
}

    With thad code it works.
    But why I can’t set it at the Editor for the Section Layout? Is it a bug and will it be fixed at next release?

    Hey!

    That must be small glitch. Re-updating the theme could help.
    I changed the code to following one 

    .avia-no-border-styling {
    border: none;
}
