    On the very top and very bottom of my homepage, is a gray border. How do I remove that? And also where is it coming from? Because on my other pages of my website, it doesn’t have that.

    Best Regards,

    Hey dontae82!

    I just loaded your web site and I could not see anything.
    Are you sure it is not something related to cache?

    Okay I solved it, I have another question for you. I’m using this plugin that allows you to optimize your javascript and css files. Well when I optimize my javascript, my “product description” of my products in WooCommerce disappears. Now your able to exclude script from being optimized, so I was wanting to know what’s the javascript “js” file that’s for the product descriptions? So I can keep the plugin from removing my descriptions for my products.

    Thanks , Best Regards

    WooCommerce’s JS files can be found inside wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/assets/js folder

    One more question guys! I’ve noticed when viewing my website on mobile, in my “View Cart” section your not able to see the full product name, quantity and price. Can you please assist me with solving this issue.

    When i try to add the product to cart it say’s “select product options” but i cannot see any product options. This usually happens if you haven’t setup the product correctly.

    Please view the plugin documentation here

    Another reason could be a conflict with plugins

    To find the plugin in conflict please follow the below steps

    1. Goto plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins (Except Woocommerce)
    2. Updated WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
    3. Activate one plugin at a time… refresh the page and check for the issue.
    4. Make sure the plugins are all updated

    If you still have problems please create a new topic for this issue so we can keep the focus on the original topic and avoide mixup of issues in one ticket.

    I believe the reason why some products aren’t showing the product options, is due to the latest update with WooCommerce. Here’s a product that will work when you add it Dory Vape Pen

    Now when your using mobile, add that product to the cart. When you go to “View Cart”, you’ll see that the product info section of it, doesn’t show all of it.

    The problem is the font size of the product name, please add this in the Quick CSS field:

    .cart_item td {
        font-size: 12px;
        line-height: 20px;
        padding: 5px 6px !important;

    Best regards,
