    Hey, apologies as this is possibly a really simple question (bit of a noob).

    Great theme BTW, i am trying to re-style the main headings to a plain arial and a new colour, i have a child theme set up and i have edited the style.css in a few ways but i cant seem to override the font-family or colour, what should i be declaring? And is using a child the best method?

    Many thanks!

    In your custom.css you should be able to overwrite every standard settings. You can also put your code in the Theme Options’ Quick CSS. Adding !important also helps.

    For example

    h1{font-family: sans-serif !important;}

    I hope this helps, let us know :)
