    Just like the title says— Header Not Displaying Background Image in Chrome or Firefox.

    It works in Safari.

    Hi Jordan!

    can you provide us admin access, so we can take a closer look please?
    Try to deactivate all plugins while testing and let us know if this changes anything.

    Hi Andy,

    Access in private area.

    So, just be reiterate, the header bg image looks fine on Safari, but does not show up on Chrome or Firefox.

    Can someone please help me with this issue? The header is not displaying properly on Firefox, Chrome and IE. It only displays properly in Safari.

    Also, can you please make sure that you are using the latest version of Enfold which is currently 3.4.2 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Hi Yigit,

    The site is definitely up. I can access it on all browsers. However the header only displays properly in Safari, and not the other browsers mentioned. And yes, I am using the current version of Enfold.

    Hi!

    refuse from bumping into your own thread, as it pushes it behind in our queue and marks it as answered and then we can’t provide a faster reply to you.

    Please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-over-ftp/

    If that does not help: are we allowed to deactivate all your plugins temporarily for testing purposes? we need to try to do some testings on your website.

    I have a custom background image defined in Enfold & it is not displaying in Firefox. Has this issue been fixed? I’m using Theme version 4.2

    It seems that if I change the background from “fixed” to “scroll” it displays the background now in Firefox. I wonder why that change makes the difference? Thank you.
