    Hello –

    I’ve noticed that when I change the Header Color in the Theme Options, it appears to add a subtle color overlay to menu text colors (for example, if I make the header color red, the menu links are now a dark shade of maroon). Is there any way to correct this?

    Hey! These colors are automatically generated by the theme. if you want to set the menu colors manually you can add your own css rules either at your custom.css stylesheet in folder /css/ or to the quick-css panel located in your wordpress backend at replete->styling:

    something like this should do the trick

    #top .header_color .main_menu ul:first-child > li > a{ color: #000; }

    Thanks Kriesi for the quick reply!

    I was hoping there was an easier way to adjust it since it also effects the Header small menu, active link color, search box and header cart areas. I’m having trouble identifying all of the css I need to customize in order to make these basic adjustments.

    You can use tools like Firebug or the default Firefox/Chrome dev tools to identify the html elements and the related css code. A tutorial can be found here: (Purchase code hidden if logged out) -modify-a-wordpress-theme/
