    Hello,
    I am adding in the portfolio items a gallery but when uploading the images and inserting them to the gallery they are sorted in a messy way not as specified in the option dropbox.

    Hi,
    Have you tried disabling your plugins? If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.

    Hi,

    I can see that the images are been ordered based on the sequence they have on the gallery.
    If I change them, they change.

    Dear Basilis , if you change the order by dragging the images? If this is the way you re- order them it will not affect the way the gallery present them and problem remains but its location change.

    I was able to login to the site but I can’t access the pages. It redirects to the “Coming Soon” page. Please set the user role to admin so that we can check the settings.

    Hi,

    The galleries’ “Gallery Preview Image Size” settings is set to “No Scaling”, that’s why the grid is not aligning properly. You should set the “Preview Image” or thumbnail to a smaller version of the actual image. Users can access the original or larger image in the lightbox. ( see private field )
