    Hi everyone,

We recently moved our site (i.e. content) from over to

Once we moved everything over, we found our featured images aren’t loading. We’ve tried re-uploading posts, reinstalling the theme… but no actual window will pop up when you click upload for featured image. Our previous images are visible when you edit the post in full (the little window shows the featured image) but nothing happens when clicked.

The slider doesn’t work because the jquery js libary is missing on your server. When I try to open it in my browser: I get an error message.

    There’re two possible solutions:

    1) Check the folder permission of your wp-includes folder – maybe you block the access for external visitors.

    2) Some default wordpress files are missing – in this case redownload wordpress 3.4.2 from: and upload the php, js, etc. filesagain by using a ftp software like filezilla.

    I’m having a similar problem,

It was working but now isn’t…

I can see in the error console, something isn’t quite right in the custom.js file

TypeError: ‘undefined’ is not a function (evaluating ‘portfolioSorter.kriesi_portfolio_sort({items:’.sortable’})’)

    Any ideas?

Maybe a plugin causes a js conflict/error. Try to deactivate all third party plugins and check if this solves the issue.
