Hi!
I created a testsite for my organisation using Enfold and just now I used a plugin to recreate the site at a new domain. Everything works fine except when I install a Facebook plugin and activate it the site stops workning. After I activate the plugin and i try to acces the frontend main page I get a loading screen and the site newer loads.I tried two different Facebook-plugins and get the exact same result: “Feed Them Social” and “Smash Balloon Custom Facebook Feed”. The old site still works fine with Feed Them Social.
Old site adress: otktest.dk
New site: otk.dkAny ideas?
Thanks

Your site seems to be loading fine on my end, did you remove the plugins again? We don’t really provide support for third party plugins, but we are willing to have a look at the problem. What exactly is the plugin supposed to do and where?
Best regards,
RikardJanuary 22, 2020 at 8:52 pm #1177275Yes, I had to disable the plugis because the site is already in use, so I can’t leave it unable to load.
If you look at otktest.dk – this is the test site, that i created and used to built the site. If you look on the front page below the image slider, theres a two collum element. The one the right is a Facebook-feed from our Facebookpage. The name os the plugin that I am using is “Feed Them Social”.
As you can se it works fine one the test page but on the real site (otk.dk) it doesn’t work. As soon as i activate the plugin the site stop workning and won’t load. It just stops at the loading screen. I tried using the plugin “Smash Balloon Custom Facebook Feed” wich is supposed to do the same thing, but when I active the plugin I get the same result – page stops loading at the loading screen.
I appreciate any help you can provide.
Thanks!

https://share.getcloudapp.com/yAuLez5v The page is loading fine on my end, no errors in the console and no hanging.
Could you please attach some screenshots of the issue?
Best regards,
