    Hello there,

how can I save the options of the theme? I have backed up the data with the WordPress own import / export function but after Inport are the theme options and all the theme templates absent.

    with friendly greetings

    Hello there,
because I have not yet received any reply, I would like the following cheat. I have copied the parameters in the database manually, by calling the page, all parameters are written back to the default values. What is that? How can I prevent that?

    Best regards

    Hi!

To import/export theme options please go to Enfold > import/export

To backup wordpress please use a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/

    Hello Vinay,
the tip’s wonderful but unfortunately the question refers to the Choice Theme and not on the Enfold Theme. When there is this Choice Theme import / export functions are not.

When Choices Theme there are also three Configurations entries in the database. If I is the avia options from the old database manually and secure in the new insert again after opening the options page easily again the default value is entered.

About WordPress own import / export function, these data are
also not included. Where is the error, the avia Framework a bug perhaps where a default value is simply inserted?

    Best regards

    Hey!

you could try to search a WordPress plugin for such function. Normally we recommend https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-migrate-db/. Otherwise you can check the values in your database in the wp_options table.

    Hello,
no matter what I’m doing when I prepare a backup of the database and insert (whether with tools or manually), if I be open Theme options all option settings filled with standards – come out areas from the WordPress own information.

It must in principle within the meaning of the developer be a Functioning allow backup.

    Hey!

The theme options are saved in the _options table of the wp database. It is usually called “avia_options_choices” depends on your setup. You can either transfer the option_value manually or use the WP Migrate DB to transfer the whole database. Do you see this row when you check the _options table?

    Best regards,

    Hello Ismael,

I have everything already done. As soon as I will visits the options page override the data back or deleted and provided with the default values. I can not understand exactly what’s happening, but I’m just going to examine the source code in more detail, the strike terror in Avia Framework.

    Best regards,

Hi.. I’ve a site in five languages.. When I go to export the theme settings, this works for all languages or I must export theme settings separate for each language..?

    Thanks

    #1007524

    Hi newmediologo,

You will likely need to import the settings to all the languages, please try that out :-)

    Best regards,
    Rikard

Hi Rikard.. I mean when I export the settings in a file as (Purchase code hidden if logged out) -9.txt, this contains the settings for ALL languages or just for the language from the control panel form I’ve export the settings..? Thanks

    #1007888

    Hi,

As far as I know the theme settings are exported/imported per language – thus you need to import/export the file for each language.

    Best regards,
    Peter

Hi Rikard.. The Export File have the same name in all the languages, so probably I must rename the file as ” (Purchase code hidden if logged out) -9-9.txt” for English or ” (Purchase code hidden if logged out) -9-9.txt” for German, etc.. really boring.. Probably is a feature to put i a wishlit..

    Hi,

Thanks for the feedback. Yes, that is a bit tedious, but it gives you greater possibilities to customise each language on its own.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
