I need to show (in a rotating mode) all the featured images linked to a specific post in the Blog area.
At the moment there’s a small box at the bottom right part to be used to start the slideshow, pause it, or jump to the adiacent featured images.
I’d like to change the default behaviour having the autorotation mode ON: is it possible?
Just to be clear: I need to have this autorotation for each featured post (indeed I’m choosing to show only the very last post in the homepage) and I’m not talking about the already defined slideshow showing images from different posts.
Thank you very much!December 12, 2013 at 11:08 pm #199670
I’m not really sure what you mean with the description. The theme has autorotation settings for the main news page and the slider at the top but other than I’m just not clear on where this other autorotation would be.

I’ll try to be clearer.
The default homepage (or a dynamic template with the blog element in it) shows the last posts of a chosen category, called featured posts.
Each post may have one or more featured images, which will be displayed in the main homepage slideshow.
At the moment I’ve noticed only the autorotation among the different posts (and their feature images) because this is the default fashion to show the last posts of course.
In my case I’ve chosen to have only one post in the main news element (there’s only one post per time in the category chosen to be displayed in the main news slideshow) but I need an autorotation also for the different feature images of the same post.
To link an article from the shoutbox’s website: http://kriesi.at/themes/shoutbox/2011/07/13/ (Purchase code hidden if logged out) -images/
I’d like to have, in the homepage’s main news slideshow, an autorotation active for all the featured images of one post (in this case, the tiger and the balloons) because that post will be the only one present in the main news area itself.
Is it more clear now?
It’s like to say: not an autorotation among different posts but among all the images of the same post.
Thank you again!December 13, 2013 at 10:37 pm #200110
Ah I see now. Unfortunately that is beyond what we could help with via support as it would take re-doing the homepage slideshow template and how it queries the data.
I would recommend looking into hiring a freelance developer from somewhere like Microlancer, Codeable or through http://kriesi.at/contact/customization if its a must-have feature.
