    Not sure if this is anything to be concerned about, but I thought I would run it by support for reassurance.

    I am using the Platinum SEO plugin, which creates its own Robots META tag. I see in the source code there are two instances of the Robots META tag present: one that seems to be generated by the theme and one by Platinum SEO. From everything I have read, having multiple instances of the Robots META tag present is a no-no when it comes to SEO. With that being the case, is it okay to simply remove the theme’s Robots META tag code located within the header.php file (below) and just let Platinum SEO handle the Robots META tag? Is there a better way to accomplish this?

    global $avia_config;

    * outputs a rel=follow or nofollow tag to circumvent google duplicate content for archives

    * located in framework/php/function-set-avia-frontend.php

    if (function_exists(‘avia_set_follow’)) { echo avia_set_follow(); }

    Yes – you can simply remove it :)
