    Hi
I am still new to this and have bought and installed Enfold and built a web site http://www.housephotographer.co.uk
The problem i have is uploading and running a virtual tour onto it.
When building my old site just in WordPress I just used the add media button and uploaded the file and it worked like a dream. The new web site is obviously far more sophisticated and looks a lot better but it can not do what i want it to do which is upload and play this simple file?
Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas on how this can be resolved?

    Hey Charles,
I didn’t know what a .ggpkg file was until I when to https://ggnome.com/ggpkg
So I hope this is what you are referring to :) I downloaded the plugin and a sample file at: https://ggnome.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=9025
an uploaded to the media folder. Then in the Advanced Layout Builder, I used a text block to add the “file” which turned into a shortcode. I saved & viewed the page and found that the image was working. I hope this helps.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi Mike,

Yes it is Garden Gnome! I uploaded to the media folder , no problem.
Then in advance builder i also used the text block to add the file which turned it into:
under the text tab, under the visual tab the text block was empty.
When i saved and tried to view the page was empty.

    Hi,
Try to add and save in the text tab. I also just tried using a Code Block Element, and paste my shortcode which I got from the other element:

    [ggpkg id=3141]

and found that worked too. You could also try disabling some of your other plugins to see if there is a conflict. My localhost doesn’t have any other plugins.

    Best regards,
    Mike

Well I saw that you didn’t have the plugin installed (GGPKG Import), so I re-uploaded your file and it works :)
