    Hi,

Brightbox doesn’t seem to be allowing me to customize it via the Appearance>Theme> Customise option in WordPress.

I have followed all of the advice sticky thread, https://kriesi.at/support/topic/having-problems-after-updating-to-wordpress-4-5-please-read-this-first/

And disabled all my plugins. But nothing.

I need to change the footer for address details specifically but it just wont allow me to make changes. Please help.

    Best Wishes

    Hey Kelpiemedia,

You are running a very old version of the theme, could you try updating to the latest version (4.0) to see if that helps please?

    Best regards,

brilliant that worked. i have one last connected issue though. I need to change the folling text

“Regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Consumer credit licence: 657749 | Data protection act: Z2874978
Rates from 5.6% APR (Dependant on credit rating).
THINK CAREFULLY BEFORE SECURING OTHER DEBTS AGAINST YOUR HOME.
YOUR HOME MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON A MORTGAGE OR ANY OTHER DEBT SECURED ON IT”

    to this,

“Regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. FCA Authorisation Number: 619673 | Consumer credit licence: 657749 | Data protection act: Z2874978
Rates from 5.6% APR (Dependant on credit rating).
THINK CAREFULLY BEFORE SECURING OTHER DEBTS AGAINST YOUR HOME.
YOUR HOME MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON A MORTGAGE OR ANY OTHER DEBT SECURED ON IT”

within the footer but can only find the 3 columns behind in the widget editor. Would you be so kind to direct me to the element in the theme I need to change to make the amendment to the text.

    Best Wishes

I figured it out… Thanks for your help solving the previous question. No further help needed on this subject.
