    Has this issue with getting duplicate images in the lightbox been fixed yet? If not, I’d like to know how to disable the lightbox option for now.

    Latest version of Angular is 1.6.5. Please download it on your themeforest account.

    You can deactivate the lightbox. Edit js > avia.js then find this code

    //activates the prettyphoto lightbox

    Replace it with

    //activates the prettyphoto lightbox

    Remove browser cache then reload the page.

    Thank you for your response. I don’t see where to download 1.6.5 in my themeforest account. Can you tell me where I go for that? Does the latest version fix the lightbox double image issue?

    Hi joschro,

    I don’t know the issue you are referring to specifically but you can just re-download the theme files from your downloads on themeforest and the new file will have a version.txt in it showing all the changes in the most recent release. The theme zip inside that folder is the newest updated theme.

    For each portfolio category, when I click on the image to bring up the lightbox, there are 2X as many images as there should be because there are duplicates. Any way to fix this? If not, I’ll just disable it with the code above, but I do like having the lightbox feature.

    I downloaded the theme files again, and replaced the files that were updated. It looks like the portfolio items with captions are duplicated in the Lightbox.

    Please post a link to the page where the issue occurs. I’ll debug the js code.

    Best regards,

    If you click on an image with a caption to bring up the lightbox, each image with a caption in that category appears twice.

    The answer to this riddle is simple. Turn off the prettyPhoto plugin you are using and the duplicates will go away. If the plugin has an option to prevent the prettyphoto.js and .css files from being added , you can even leave the plugin alone. But your site currently has duplicate prettyPhoto jquery files attached from the plugin (since one set is already built into the theme).

    I deactivated prettyPhoto Media but I’m still getting duplicates. There is also PrettyPhoto, which is also deactivated. Should I delete either or both of these plugins? Or is there something else I should do to get rid of the duplicates?

    Could you tell me the name of the the repeating jquery file, and what folder it would be in?

    I think it’s a bug. Try following – open up wp-contentthemesangularjsaviapoly.js and replace:

    var current_caption = $("<"+container+" "+href+" class='slideshow_caption'><div class='slideshow_inner_caption'><div class='slideshow_align_caption'>"+caption+"</div></div></"+container+">").appendTo(current);

    var current_caption = $("<"+container+" "+href+" class='slideshow_caption noLightbox' rel='noLightbox'><div class='slideshow_inner_caption'><div class='slideshow_align_caption'>"+caption+"</div></div></"+container+">").appendTo(current);

    That fixed it. Thank you!
