    Hi, I just renewed my support because I can’t import a demo. Its gonna cost me more than 50$ but well … I tried everything I knew, from updated enfold to reset the all website (also add the ssl). Nothing worked ! So I paid to get help. I would like to install the “demo consulting”. Thanks a lot PS : I have this message “cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10000 milliseconds”

    Someone please ? Could you install the Enfold Creative studio demo instead of the demo consulting. Thanks a looooot :-)

    Hey,

    Thanks but this is WordPress admin logins. In addition to that, we would need FTP logins to connect to your server. We are going to need to upload demo files to your server and then import them from there and to do so, we need FTP logins.

    If you do not know your FTP logins, you can contact your hosting provider and they can assist you :)

    Thanks a lot but it was the enfold creative studio demo, not the consulting one ! If you read the message, you’ll se that I changed. Sorry to bother you !

    Just purchased the theme and am having the same issue.
    Download of files for demo Restaurant Demo didn’t work!
    You might want to try reloading the page and then try again.

    I have made sure that the memory limit has been adjusted and even tried importing using the Restaurant Demo xml file.
