    Hello,

I’ve been using Corona theme for our wordpress based website for a while. I can’t edit the widgets any more.

I’ve tried with a different theme (updated one) and it works.

Can you please help me with that?

    Thanks!

    Hey ozcalade,

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

I couldn’t install the plugin. However, I have updated this post with the private content that you requested. Hope this works.

    Hi,

I am sorry, but I can see the issue.
Have you updated to the latest version of our theme?
It should fix it, if you are up yo date.

    Best regards,
    Basilis

    Hi Basilis,

Sorry, I was waiting to hear from our webmaster guy. He told me that he had made so many changes in the theme and if we now update to the latest one, all the changes will be gone. Is it possible to keep the changes and update it? Sorry, I don’t know much about wordpress. Here is our website : http://www.oskartours.com

    Thank you for your help!

    Hi,

Your ” webmaste guy ” should have created a child theme before do any changes, as proper developers do.
Please ask him to create one and then update the theme. We cant offer support in any other case we are afraid.

    Best regards,
    Basilis
