Hi,
something unusual is happening in one of my project. I can’t change my logo. It doesn’t matter what image I choose it keeps displaying my old logo. And if I change the image in <header> – <transparency options>, not only new logo is not showing, but old one disappear!
And yes, I’ve cleared cache.
Could you please advise?

Please upload the logo for transparent header in Enfold > Header > Transparency Options > Transparency Logo

I’m not sure what is going on there but I see you have the Duplicator plugin on your site, did you use it to clone your site from somewhere else? Something might have gone wrong in that process.

Previous version of the site (with different theme) was copied using duplicator. Then I installed Enfold, to create new website. Well at the beginning I could set up and change the logo easily but now, for no reason it is not possible.
I’ve got new logo and I cannot upload it :)Anyway, what are the options? I need to create new website from the scratch?

I don’t think you should have to start from scratch, maybe a plugin to clean up/optimise your database will help? https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-optimize/

RikardI’ve tried to use this plugin but unfortunately it didn’t help. Will try to use Duplicator plugin to copy the website and move it to fresh WP installation.
If this doesn’t help, will create website from the scratch :(
