    Hi,

    as many others, i’m experiencing difficulty updating my enfold wordpress theme.
    Currently getting the message “URL not provided”

    However, i’m also struggling as i cant seem to access my account which i used to purchase the theme, or get the support on your site.

    I have attempted to use the “forgotten log in” but nothing is working.
    I desperately need to update my site.

    Can you please help me.

    Hey Mark,

    I can’t find any users registered with any of those emails unfortunately. If you are having problem accessing your Themeforest account then you would have to contact Envato for support though. Do you still have a purchase code for the theme? If so then please include that in your support request at Envato.
