    Hello,

We are using a very customized minimal version of the Events Calendar in the Incarnation theme. Is there a way to create a “child” calendar to maintain our custom changes to the PHP documents in /incarnation/config-events-calendar/? It seems that when WordPress and/or Incarnation is updated, our changes to the Event Calendar are overwritten.

Secondly, is there a public version log for Incarnation releases? I am able to download the Theme & Documentation files from my Themeforest account, but the client does not have access to that directly — just the theme update through Incarnation backend.

    Thank you!
    Brian

    Hi cavanaughb!

No public change log in this case.

For the calendar customization it would be easier to replace the themes changes on update than to go through the work of making it so the child theme correctly used your changes and kept those changes on each update.

At this point the theme will only be getting updated for major bugs (if we ever find any) and WordPress updates so it shouldn’t be very often.

    Regards,
    Devin
