    I’m using a custom theme that currently successfully runs other basic jQuery scripts like mobile nav toggles and a scroll-to-top button. I’ve shared the link to my page (where I’m trying to use the Avia slider) in private content.

    Here’s my very basic markup:

    <ul class="aviaslider" id='slider1'>
    <li><a href="images/slides/1.jpg" title=""><img src="" /></a></li>
    <li><a href="images/slides/2.jpg" title=""><img src="" /></a></li>
    <li><a href="images/slides/3.jpg" title=""><img src="" /></a></li>

    Here’s the code in my footer.php:

    <?php wp_footer(); ?>
    <script src=""></script>
    <script src="<?php echo get_bloginfo('template_directory'); ?>/js/custom.min.js"></script>
    <script src="<?php echo get_bloginfo('template_directory'); ?>/js/jquery.aviaSlider.min.js"></script>
      blockSize: {height: 80, width:80},
    	transition: 'slide',
    	display: 'diagonaltop',
    	switchMovement: true

    Both JS files are in my /js/ directory as shown above. Yet when I go to my page, there’s just a blank space where the slider should be. What am I missing?

    Can you please create a temporary admin login and post it here privately so we can look into it?

    Best regards,

    Hi Yigit,

    Please see the credentials in the private section below this post.

    WP logins did not work for me. Could you please check them once again?

    Best regards,

    I’ve updated the PW and it’s working now. See below.

    I fixed the errors in jquery.aviaSlider.min.js file and corrected your code in footer.php file. Now image shows up however it is still not working. Could you please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps?

    Best regards,

    Hi Yigit,

    Thanks for the updates. Unfortunately deactivating all plugins did not help. The first image shows but there is no transition.

    Any other ideas?

    EDIT: It’s also showing a few JS errors in the Console. Maybe those can give you an idea?

    Sorry to be dramatic, but any updates here? I paid for this product and it was billed as a simple installation, which it seems simple enough, but it’s simply not working and I’m on an important deadline.

    Sorry about that. Honestly, we have not received Avia Slider related support queries in years and i am not sure if it is still supported.

    I will share this thread with my teammates and ask them to take a look. I tried to solve but JS is not my strongest suit. If my teammates cannot solve this as well, i am afraid we are going to need to kindly ask you to request a refund.

    Best regards,

    Thank you Yigit.

    How do I make that refund request?

    This would have to be requested via ThemeForest.

    Best regards,
    Jordan Shannon
