Ok. The one way it’s manually add block with social and comments, but i thing this is not good way.
I used similary editor in another theme, and comments and add work normaly.

If you use the builder for your posts then you will have to add elements like that manually, otherwise you could try switching to the default builder when you are ready to save and they should show up by default.
