    Hi guys

    I’m finding that when customers make a purchase on my website they no longer receive an automatically generated email telling them that their order has been received. This has only happened relatively recently. They do get an email though if I go into the orders page and click ‘processing’ manually. Any thoughts on why it’s no longer automatic? I’m updating to the new version of the abundance theme shortly, will this fix the problem? There’s no problem with paypal notification emails, they are all still working/sending with no problems (so far!).




    The theme doesn’t touch the woocommerce email class. You can try to activate another theme like TwentyEleven and check if this solves the issue. Probably it won’t change anything. I’d try to update woocommerce to the latest version and to deactivate all other third party plugins/extensions – maybe one is incompatible with the latest woocommerce version.
