    Hi Guys,

    This is an Enfold question.

    When I’m logged into WordPress, and go to “Posts > All Posts”, on that page, the image thumbnail images are massive, taking up more than 50% of the screen – there doesn’t seem to be an image upload feature here to show you a screenshot.

    It makes it hard to read any text on the page, and I can only see about 1 post at a time before scrolling down.

    Hey xansdesign,

    Could you please provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can take a closer look? You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also, in what browser are you seeing that?

    Hi Rikard,

    However, for some reason when looking at the posts page, the images are turned off. If I go back to Screen Options to tick “images” it does not remain ticked. So, if you log in, you may not be seeing what the initial issue was.

    Can you enable the thumbnail images to show again (not sure why they are note) and you may see what the initial issue was.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, I can’t see the problem with the big images, but I can see that the Images option not staying ticked. I don’t think this is theme related though since it’s core WordPress functionality which is not working. Did you try updating WordPress?

    Yes, everything is up-to-date.

    I have found, the images will stay ticket, and show the issue, but ‘comments’ has to be ticket in ‘Screen Options’ too. Can you please take a look?

    Hi,

    This is still an issue.

    When logged in, and I click on ALL POSTS the post list has a massive photo instead of a thumbnail. How do I get this back to where the blog posts just have a small thumbnail photo.

    Please login to see. You will notice this happens on the first 13 or so, and the rest have small thumbnails.

    Everything is up-to-date.

    Hi Kevin,

    You can hide the image in the list by going to Screen Option in the top right hand corner of the screen, untick the Image box in there.

    Hi Rikard,

    Thank you. Yes, I am aware of how to show and hide options. This does not solve the error of that giant thumbnail. We would like this still visible as the small ones down the page.

    Can you let us know what is happening here and what the fix is?

    You can see this correspondence started a long time ago with never a resolve.

    Hi Kevin,

    Thanks for the feedback, I’m pretty sure this isn’t a theme issue though. Did you try to disable all plugins to see if one of theme is causing the problem?
