    Apologies if this has already been covered here, but I couldn’t find any resolutions in the searches that I performed.

    I went from Abundance 1.6 to Replete 1.2 today and everything seems to be working fine except for one issue. After you have a product in the shopping cart and try to “checkout,” the page just sits there like it is in an infinite loading loop. The page itself loads OK, for a split second you see the “Your Order” section and everything seems fine. But a split second later that section and also the price section grays out a little bit and you get the spinning icon like WooCommerce is trying to load. But it never does. It just sits there spinning.

    It appears as though this issue is just limited to Firefox. As everything is fine in Chrome, Opera, Internet Explorer and Safari.

    I THINK (not positive) that the Firefox issue was fixed with version 1.3 of Replete? Is it safe to update to version 1.3 if still using the pre 2.0 WooCommerce?

    Nothing in the changelog mentions a fix for Firefox from 1.2 to 1.3 so I’m not sure if that would do anything for the issue. Can you provide a link to the site so we can try it out live?

    Not having any issues on my end in Firefox. The extension you have forwards me to the single product page since it requires a configuration for the product and no issues adding it to the cart after getting it set up.




    The issue isn’t adding it to the cart. The issue is after you have the product(s) in your cart and attempt to checkout. Its during the checkout process the page hangs.



    Still no issues with Firefox or Chrome. I used the “i-Beam Lounge 4-Se….” as my test product and went through the process in both browsers at the same time but had no differences.




    Strange. I can continuously replicate the issues on 2 different machines here in Firefox. I’ve also just dialed in remotely to a machine in another state…and in Firefox the same issue happens. The screen does not process/move beyond the checkout page to PayPal.

    Still no issues. I went all the way to paypal this time. You should see the fake account data I created as well.



    Could the issues I’m experiencing be a result of running on the Firefox Beta Update Channel? I’m currently on version 20.0. All three machines are running on that browser version also.

    That sounds incredibly likely. Beta builds are beta after all :)
