Topic: Enfold Nav Customization
1. Is it possible with quick css, to remove the line that appears under a nav when you roll over it and when it is clicked on, and change it to a dark color background with white type when you rollover it as well as when that item is selected?
2. Is it possible to make the line/border that appears above the logo to disappear without making the lines in the menu disappear?
I have tried some css but have been unable to change either one completely.

i recently downloaded the latest version of enfold and when unzipping its is saying some files are password protected. where do i find the password for these files?

JosueHi, We’re using wordpress 3.8 and Enfold 2.4.4 and we’re currently having a problem with the rewrite rules for portfolio-items. All plug-ins have been deactivated and rules flushed many times to no avail. Rewrite Rules plug-in show the following:

I did start another post on this so here is my link if you can help me with this. WP-Print simply gives an error page not found when clicked, so that one does not play well with Enfold. Topic: Enfold site on iphone issues
I am having some issues with viewing my site http://www.harperdb.com on an iphone
1. The logo is showing up stretched out.

I’ve done more digging into the issue.
1.) I tried running a plugin called XML-RPC De-whitespacer then tried to connect to WordPress.com. First I got a no load gray screen. When I reloaded the page, I got the following error.
site_inaccessible Error Details: The Jetpack server was unable to communicate with your site http://mountainstreamgroup.com/wordpress [IXR -32300: transport error: http_request_failed transfer closed with 1 bytes remaining to read]
I deactivated this plugin and the error message returned to xml_rpc-32700.
2.) I deactivated all of the plugins.
3.) I checked our XMLRPC.php and got this screenshot. https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/18117912/xmlrpc2.jpg This screenshot shows at least 4 lines of whitespace.
4.) You mentioned a possible WordPress install issue. I followed the WordPress instructions on manually installing WP3.8, including having all plugins deactivated during installation.
5.) After the clean install of WordPress 3.8, I checked the XMLRPC.php again. The same screenshot as in item 3 above.
I thought there was a issue with the Enfold Child theme which points Enfold 2.5, but I changed to Twenty Twelve, and other themes and go the same issue.
When I changed to the Nimble theme and I checked the XMLRPC.php again. When I did that I got this screenshot https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/18117912/xmlrpc-nimble.jpg. More whitespace.
Then I went through all of the same process for Twenty Eleven, Twenty Twelve, Twenty Thirteen and Twenty Fourteen then back to Enfold Child. All of them had the same whitespace.
Then I activated XML-RPC De-whitespacer plugin with the Enfold Child theme activated and all other plugins including Jetpack deactivated. I got this screenshot. https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/18117912/XML-RPC%20De-whitespacer.jpg
With XML-RPC De-whitespacer plugin activated, I activated jetpack and no other plugins. Then I tried to connect to WordPress.com. I got the following error message.

Based on my testing that seems to be a WordPress 3,8 issue.
I’m not sure if this problem is related to the last theme update (version 2.4.4) that I installed today, but now all the normal pages are not found (error 404). Instead everything works fine with the home page, the portfolio pages and the post pages that are displayed correctly.
I have installed WPML with two languages (IT and EN) and the same problem arise with both languages.
I make use of the child enfold theme for small customisation.
Any suggestion to solve this issue?

I’ve done that but it doesn’t give an alignment option for it in the alignment style.

Topic: Woocommerce Main Shop Page
Hi. I don’t know if this questions is for Enfold, or Woo. But either way, I can’t figure it out. I would like help with two similar things: Making the product images on my main shop page and also my related products smaller and a tad more spread out. I have tried changing the size of the images in woocommerce and regenerating my thumbnails, but nothing seems to work. I know I am just missing something silly.

The theme has support for WooCommerce yes but you would activate it in the same way you would any other plugin. The theme just has support for the plugin but it isn’t really a part of the theme.

But any specific multisite setup I don’t have experience with.

I installed Gravity Forms, but it appears that the Avia Layout Builder doesn’t integrate with it. It’s completely missing the “Add Form” button on the text block editor. Yeah I know I can manually use shortcodes, but when I’m working with lots of forms, that form button sure comes in handy!

The Enfold theme is awesome.
The only challenge I’ve got with it is that the logo isn’t responsive when the browser window is narrowed. Full screen on a PC and the logo is fine. On an iPhone or other smartphone, the logo is cropped on the right hand side, leaving only the left hand half visible.
When, you scroll down the page, the logo / header shrinks in size which is perfect. However, the logo doesn’t shrink in size when the browser window is made narrower.

I changed the theme to Twenty Fourteen (Word Press default theme)… and yes this still occurs :(
Its weird because the home page continued to stay with the Enfold Theme but with product pages and posts.. the theme had changed to Twenty Fourteen.:(

YigitI used the Plugin “CSS & Javascript Toolbox” together with Enfold smoothly until I updated to enfold 2.5. The Plugin enables you to insert HTML, CSS oder JS snippets on pages, posts, etc.
Since the update, the Snippets are not displayed (and are not in the source code either), whenever a page is build using the advanced layout editor. You can make a page, look at it and it displays “hello world!”, which is a test html snippet set to display on the top of every page. This works fine. Then you edit the page, just turn on the advanced layout editor and Save the page – whooop: “hello world!” is gone.
Again disable “Advanced layout editor” on that page – whooop: “helloworld!” is there again!
I also tested this on a clean install with same results. WP-Version is 3.8.
Is there a fix to the problem?
