Login credentials include:

• The URL to the login screen.
• A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
• As well as a password for that username.
• permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

Editor is missing under Appearance tab. Could you please post FTP logins here privately as well? We are going to need to edit functions.php file :)

If you would like to hide it using CSS, please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab

a.trail-begin, a.trail-begin + .sep {
    display: none!important;
}

You added the code i provided to style.css file instead of functions.php file. I moved it to functions.php file and added following code to Quick CSS

.subtext img { opacity: 0; }
.header-scrolled .subtext img { opacity: 1; }

That is expected. Fullwidth elements such as Grid Row, Fullwidth Submenu, Color section etc. has their own containers and any element in between those elements will wrapped into a container.
