If that does not help, please start a new thread and attach temporary admin logins in private content field so we can look into it. If you post them here, they will be visible to creator of this thread as well

You can enable debugging mode to see shortcodes you have created in pages using Advanced Layout Builder – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/

Or, You can switch to Default Editor and click on Magic Wand to see full list of shortcodes http://i.imgur.com/n4KXkdm.jpg
then you can create any of them and copy/paste shortcode into any other content element or into text widget.

We would be glad to help you with this customization, but at the moment there is no easy way to do this by using a small custom code snippet, so I am afraid its out of the scope of our support.

But please feel free to request such feature at our feature request system: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/

This system allows us to keep track of user suggestions and lets you vote on the feature you would like to see the most. I am afraid though there is no guarantee that a feature will get implemented. If that’s something you really need you can always try to hire a developer for the task :)

Hi!

Upcoming version (not the minor one) of Enfold will focus on improving mobile experience so our devs might enable videos on mobile which were disabled due to compatibility issues in the first place.

For child theme, you can simply install it, activate it, go to Enfold child theme options > Import & Export tab and import parent theme options. You can create a testing environment – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/move-from-a-local-installation-to-a-live-server/ and try installing the child theme there to see if it causes any issues or not but it should not.

Masonry issue seems to be plugin related one. Can you please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps?

I have been able to reproduce the issue on my local installation which means our devs will probably be able to reproduce on their end as well therefore FTP logins are not needed.

I have now reported the issue to our devs and added this thread to my personal list. Will keep you updated as i hear from our dev team.
