First page cannot be found and there is no sidebar on second one.
Please note that fullwidth elements such as Color Section will always push sidebar below them. You can place your content into 1/1 column element if you would like to display a sidebar :)Best regards,

Please use a child theme – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/ and copy unmodified enfold/framework/php/class-form-generator.php file and paste it inside enfold-child folder and find following at the top and remove it (please do not remove PHP opening tag)
if ( ! defined( 'AVIA_FW' ) ) exit( 'No direct script access allowed' );and then add following code to Functions.php file of your child theme
require( 'class-form-generator.php' );Then modify the file to apply your changes :)

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

You can simply remove post formats you would not like to use from the code i posted above.
Yes, you should modify helper-post-format.php. Unfortunately such customization would be out of the scope of our support. If you need further assistance, please consider to hire a freelancer for the task :)

Each domain requires a new license. However if you have a subdomain (for example site1.yourdomain.com and site2.yourdomain.com) then you do not need to purchase a new license, you can use the same one.
